College Planning

College planning is under the auspices of the College Planning Council (CPC). There are several committees of CPC which are responsible for various planning documents, as well as serving as information sharing bodies which then make recommendations to the CPC. From CPC meetings, recommendations are then forwarded to the College President for action. This webpage is dedicated to the planning documents used by the college, as authorized by CPC and the shared governance process.

Educational Master Plan

The Educational Master Plan serves an iterative function which begins and ends the planning cycle for the college. It is used at the start of the planning process to guide the Unit Plans, Cluster Committee prioritization, and as an end to the planning process by encompassing evaluation/assessment data.

College Annual Plan

The College Annual Plan is a compellation of the Educational Master Plan, The College Strategic Plan, a summary of unit assessment,  and a listing of the college priorities as established by the College Planning Council.

Cluster and Unit Plans

The Cluster and Unit plans represent the prioritization of the planning activities integrated with budget considerations within the clusters and units of the college.

Human Resource Plan

The Human Resource plan represents the college’s prioritizations for staffing while remaining within the college’s annual budget.
