Information Technology Service Request
Please follow these guidelines when submitting Service Requests to the Information Technology department:
The Information Technology department, in its efforts to optimize its service, is asking that all requests be submitted via the help desk*.
Except for password problems, all requests must be submitted via the help desk. However, you may contact us at X4636 to assist you on urgent
requests.
If your request is submitted via telephone, you are expected to follow it up with a regular request via the help desk or written form.
Note: Requests submitted to individuals will still be forwarded to the help desk, but with additional delay. With your assistance on these
guidelines, we are anticipating an enhancement to the Information Technology department overall services. Thank you for your cooperation.
