3. Assessment report review
The
committee reviewed the assessment report and made changes. These changes are to
be forwarded to Dr. Tomlinson, who was unable to attend.
There
is a recommendation that Dr. Tomlinson validate each 99/00 proposal goal by
goal. There is discussion that Attachment 1A really needs to cover 99/00, not
00/01
Committee
discusses the possibility of requesting from the district an extension of the
deadline to submit the self-assessment. It is felt that more time is needed to
complete the assessment.
The
Committee will make a recommendation to the Academic Senate that a Senate
subcommittee be formed to meet in January to approve the document. This would
ensure timely submission to the state.
