Student Government Senator Contract
*This contract signifies that the candidate understands the requirements of an ASO senator and that he/she agrees to those terms.
Petition for Election to Senate Office
*This form is used to collect signatures of students that support a possible senate candidate for election.
Senator Activity Points Record
*This form is used by ASO senators to keep track of service points earned throughout the semester.
*This form provides a point scale for senators to reference when filling out their points record sheet. This table tells you how many points each activity is worth.
*This form is used to show proof that a senator conducted an in-class announcement.
*This form is used to provide proof that a senator attended a shared governance meeting.
*This form may be used by senators, club members, and members of the general public to request that a specific item or action be considered by the senate during an ASO meeting.
*This form is used by senators to submit legislation to the ASO senate for approval/disapproval.
*This form must be attached to all Bill Request Forms when presenting a fiduciary bill (when requesting funds). It provides a itemized breakdown of the bill's proposed budget.
