The CalWORKs Program is a California Community College program serving CalWORKs students and their families by providing educational and career opportunities combined with an array of services that enable students to complete their educational goals, find employment, and successfully transition into the workforce.
Our goal is to collaborate with local county department of social services and other community partners to prepare our students to become economically self-sufficient through the attainment of a higher education.

Annual CARE & CalWORKs Spring Conference
The CARE & CalWORKs programs will be providing lunch and informational speakers as well as a chance for students to network with our annual conference. The event is for CARE/CalWORKs students only. RSVP by April 13th, 2012.
New Location
The CalWORKs Office has moved to a new location. The program is now housed on the south side of the Child Development Center complex in room 105.
Weekly Resume Clinics Available Now
Resume clinics will be ongoing throughout the semester. Be prepared to work on your resume with the assistance of Dawn Castillo, CGCA.

POST TIME LIMIT SERVICES (PTL)
Gain registered participants approaching their 48 month time limit are encouraged to volunteer for PTL prior to timing off. Participants may volunteer for PTL within 12 months after timing off.
